I created this interactive installation at the push.inspiration conference in Munich. Push.Inspiration is a conference about Creative Coding. The installation consisted out of a big INSPIRATION lettering and the logo of the conference. The participants had then the chance to write the things that inspired them on the Post-it Notes.

Le Web Paris: Marissa Meyer Portrait (2012)

In December of 2012 I went to Paris to post two portraits at the tech conference Le Web. The one portrait was of Marissa Meyer, the new CEO of Yahoo and the other portrait was of Kevin Systrom the co-founder and CEO of Instagram who also signed the portrait after his talk. It was the first time that we created two portraits in one day and it was only possible with the help of four volunteers I recruited over the several coworking spaces in Paris. Many thanks to them!

For this years Pioneers Festival, the biggest start-up conference in Austria, we went to Vienna and brought Felix Baumgartner - the world famous space jumper, with us. There he is looking over the crowd in the Hofburg festival hall.

Dublin Web Summit: Marc Zuckerberg Portrait (2012)

This October I traveled to Dublin for the 2012 Dublin Web Summit, one of the fastest growing web conferences. With the help from three Irish friends from Cork I created a portrait of Mark Zuckerberg and put it on the dining hall of the event. It was very well received by the attendees. More fotos here.

For Google 14th Birthday the Post it Art Creators went to Hamburg to post a 5 by 6,10 meters portrait of Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Thanks for all the Googlers that helped us to post it.

San Diego: Dalai Lama Portrait (2012)

In April 2012 his holiness the 14th Dalai Lama visited the University of San Diego as part of this “Compassion without borders” tour.
Chris, who was studying in San Diego at the time took aktion and created portrait on campus using yellow post-its to welcome his holiness.

City Center Munich: Christmas Wishcalender (2011)

We think that all main shopping street look pretty much the same all over the world. The same shops and similar shop window decorations.
In December 2011 we wanted to change that and approached a couple of shops and department stores in the main shopping street in Munich and posted 24 numbers as a Christmas Calendar in the center of Munich to bring more creativity and individual style into the biggest shopping street in Munich. We mainly posted big 2x2 Meter numbers on shop windows of department stores like Hallhuber, Douglas, Konen, Beate Uhse, Betten Ried and Leder Fischer but also posted in the subway and in the Christmas Cable car. The people had the chance to write their wishes on the adhesive notes and could win something from the store. For the 24 numbers we used about 10000 notes.

We are big fans of Muhammad Yunus, the 2006 nobel peace laureate and one of the 12 Greatest Entrepreneurs of our Time according to Fortune magazin. We have read all his books about Social Business, and micro credits.
When we found out that nobel peace laureate Muhammad Yunus would be attending the Global Social Business Summit in Vienna we offered to create a post-it portrait of Professor Yunus. We used about 3000 post-its and it took us about 8 hours.
